Venue: BAND Office, The Proving House, Sevier Street, St Werburghs, Bristol, BS2 9LB.

This course aims to:

• Enable participants to recognise the impact of racial harrassment and racist abuse
• Look at dealing with incidents in Out of School Clubs, as well as the wider issues of approaches to anti-racism
• Give participants the impetus and confidence to begin to develop practical ideas around anti-racist play in their play settings.

Tutor: Maya Parbat - SARI (Support Against Racist Incidents).

Cost: Free to all Bristol-based childcare workers, however a £10 deposit per person (refundable on the day) is required to secure a place; £20 to all others.
